Michael is projected to enter the Gulf of Mexico before turning east toward North-West Florida and South Georgia, which are two primary Fall growing regions for East Coast Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, and Squash.

The storm is expected to strengthen and become a Category 2 or 3 hurricane by the time it makes landfall Wednesday, October 10 or Thursday, October 11.
