Hurricane Harvey, now a Tropical Storm, is stalling over the Houston area. Harvey will continue tracking northeast through this week, bringing additional rain over parts of Texas and Louisiana.

• Shipping points in McAllen and Laredo are unaffected and operating under normal conditions
• Mexican shipments are successfully crossing into Texas
• Little to no impact was seen in citrus groves and early cabbage plantings located in the Rio Grande Valley due to limited rainfall  
• All major interstates, including 35, 77, and 281 in South Texas are open and operational
