• Expect limited supplies for the next several weeks
• Severe heat has stunted growth in Mexico, shifting demand to California growing regions
• Prices for Ready-Set-Serve Washed & Trimmed Green Onions will hold steady unless trigger levels are met, but open-market pricing will increase due to limited supplies
