The iceberg market is climbing; supplies are tightening. Green leaf and romaine prices remain steady, but are expected to inch up later this week.

• Rain followed by high temperatures have delayed East Coast production, pushing demand to the West Coast
• Expect higher prices over the next 10 days as demand strengthens
