• Markon First Crop Premium Green Leaf, Iceberg, and Romaine are sporadic; Markon Best Available will be substituted as needed
• Heat-related defects such as bottom rot, decay, dense texture, increased insect pressure, internal burn, premature pinking, seeder, and shortened shelf-life may develop in commodity and value-added items
• Markon recommends ordering for quick turns and maintaining the cold chain to maximize quality and shelf-life
