The cilantro market has reached its peak. Demand is expected to ease next week, but supplies will remain limited through September due to less-than-ideal weather patterns.  

• Prices are elevated
• Baja-grown supplies were diminished by excessive heat
• Hotter days and cooler nights in Oxnard, California further limited stocks
• Many East Coast and Canadian seasons have ended; demand has shifted to the West Coast
