Heavy rains are expected to disrupt celery harvesting in one of the main harvesting regions, Ventura County, California.

• Poor field and harvesting conditions will reduce California volume, limiting stocks in the overall supply chain
• Expect quality issues to begin emerging as excessive moisture in the soil takes its toll on the celery plants
