Markon First Crop Celery is available in Oxnard and Salinas, California this week and next. Supplies are increasing; the market is expected to decline rapidly.  

• Salinas Valley harvesting has begun this week
• The Oxnard growing region will wrap up towards mid-June
• Value-added triggers will be removed over the next two weeks
• Michigan production will start in early July
