UPDATE: Celery

Celery prices are rising; growers are in transition, shifting demand to the Salinas Valley.
- Markon First Crop Celery is available in Salinas, California.
- Oxnard, California production will end this week; Santa Maria supplies are being used to cover demand
- Quality is excellent: stalks are firm with good coloring
- Production will ramp up in Michigan and Eastern Canada by mid- to late July
- Expect elevated markets for the next two to three weeks
