Celery prices will rise as demand shifts to new crop California growing regions and the Thanksgiving holiday pull ramps up in the coming weeks.

• Markon First Crop Celery is readily available; quality is excellent
• The seasons in Canada and Michigan have concluded
• Light production will start in Oxnard, California in early November; the Salinas season will begin to wind down in mid-November
• Oxnard will be the primary growing region, supplemented by the Coachella, Santa Maria, and Yuma regions until Salinas harvesting starts again in June 2021
