The market for large celery, specifically 18-, 24-, and 30- count sizes, will be elevated for the next several weeks. 

• Cool and damp weather earlier this month in the Oxnard, California growing region has reduced yields    
• Volume is down due to a disease referred to as Fusarium that is currently being seen in some lots
• The crop is dominated by small sizes (36- and 48-count supplies); large stocks are limited
