Update: Cauliflower

Expect tight supplies of cauliflower through the rest of the Arizona/California desert season. Prices will remain elevated for the next several weeks until volume increases.
- Markon Essentials Cauliflower is available to load in Yuma, Arizona, but is being substituted with packer label as needed
- Yields are extremely low in the Arizona/California desert and Santa Maria due to industry-wide quality issues, including small size, soft shoulders, and yellow discoloration
- Suppliers are filling average order quantities
- Limited stocks are available from Mexico (into South Texas)
