UPDATE: Cauliflower

The bulk of cauliflower shipments have transitioned from Salinas and Santa Maria, California to the Arizona/California desert growing region. Cooler daytime weather and freezing early morning temperatures in the desert continue to slow plant maturity, limiting supplies.
- Markon Essentials Cauliflower is available to load in Yuma, Arizona
- Bruising and rice-like texture are minimal
- Demand exceeds supply; prices remain high
- Expect Ready-Set-Serve Cauliflower products to trigger up by the middle of next week
