California jumbo carrots will remain limited through early December. Extreme heat has stunted growth in the Bakersfield growing district over the past three months.

• Markon First Crop Jumbo Carrots will be limited over the next month
• Shortages on both jumbo bagged and carton orders are expected until size increases in new fields
• Supplies of packer label table carrots are sufficient and can be used as a substitution
• The diameter of table carrots will be 1” verses the 1¼” jumbo carrot diameter
