UPDATE: California Rain

Another series of storms are moving into California, brining heavy rain fall and high winds through the weekend. Growers have cancelled harvests due to wet and muddy conditions.
- Rain will be falling the entire weekend; current forecast predict up to 4” of rain in some regions
- Citrus and strawberries are most affected, but other items such as broccoli, cauliflower, cilantro, and kale grown on the central and southern coast of California will also be impacted
- Further quality issues such as decay, low yields, soft texture, uneven color, and water damage are predicted for several weeks
- Expect loading delays and limited supplies into next week
