Brussels sprouts are extremely limited; prices continue to climb.

• There are currently two primary Brussels sprout growing regions in North America
  • Mexico – Baja, California
  • California – Central Coast (Oxnard and Santa Maria)
• Yields are lower in both California and Mexico due to rain and cold weather over the past several months that has stunted growth
• Supplies will remain extremely limited and prices elevated through mid-June
