The Brussels Sprouts market is steadily increasing as seasonal harvests in Mexico are winding down. Expect an elevated market to develop by late April and persist through May; Mexican supplies will be depleted.   

• Ready-Set-Serve (RSS) Brussels Sprouts and RSS Brussels Sprout Halves are limited, but orders continue to be filled
• Due to ideal growing conditions, adequate supplies are currently being harvested out of the Santa Maria and Oxnard, California growing regions
• Volume is expected to remain steady for the month of April, but become extremely limited in late May/early June once regional temperatures rise
