Increased supplies from multiple growing regions are pushing down broccoli and cauliflower markets.  

• Supplies are expected to remain plentiful for the next two to three weeks
• Most Salinas Valley growers are harvesting new crop broccoli and cauliflower
• Mexican-grown broccoli is crossing into South Texas; cauliflower stocks are crossing into Southern Arizona
• Demand is moderate; prices are expected to maintain low levels through the transition from the desert growing region to the Salinas Valley over the next few weeks
