Prices are rising. The Arizona/California desert season is winding down, while crossings from Mexico into McAllen, Texas are decreasing. Expect limited stocks for the next several weeks.
- Growers are beginning to transition from the Arizona/California desert region north to the Salinas Valley
- Rain is forecast in both Arizona and California next week, delaying harvests and reducing yields
- Expect limited supplies and elevated prices until supplies ramp up in Salinas Valley in April
