Mexican lime shipments into the U.S. are below normal levels; supplies are extremely limited. Prices are rising.

• Volume into the U.S. is down; supplies are taking longer than normal to cross
• The allocation of Custom and Border Patrol Agents is causing major truck delays at the borders; there isn’t enough staff to meet border demand
• Expect longer delays due to Holy Week traffic (April 14 through April 20)
• Stocks will remain tight and prices will be elevated for the next one to two weeks
