Green bell pepper prices are slightly higher; supplies are a bit lighter due to some growing regions transitioning fields.

• California harvesting is transitioning from the San Joaquin Valley to other regions such as Stockton, Hollister and Oxnard, CA
• Pricing remains lower on the East coast as supplies ramp up out of Canada and Michigan
• Expect slightly higher markets heading into next week, and stabilize the back of the week
• Red bell prices remain steady; overall supplies are good
