UPDATE: Bell Peppers
May 09, 2018
Supplies are tightening. West Coast stocks are winding down in Mexico, while California production is ramping up slowly. Expect a harvesting gap on the East Coast as the Florida season is winding down and Georgia harvesting remains a few weeks away.

-

- The first picks of the season are dominated by extra-large and large sizes; medium peppers are extremely limited
- Overall quality is very good
