The avocado market is easing; demand has decreased. Mexico is expecting ample supplies of 48 to 60 count fruit through the transition into the fall crop starting in September.  

• California fruit remains available, but stocks are extremely limited
• Mexico’s fall crop, Aventajada, is expected to begin in early to mid-September
• Current Flora Loca supplies continue to be on the greener side when ripe
• PSI testing is still the most reliable indicator of ripeness
