FOB pricing has reached record-high levels this week, but prices are beginning to ease. The market will continue to inch down as Mexican stocks increase over the next few weeks.

• California and Peruvian supplies are nearly depleted; these seasons are ending
• Mexican volume (into the U.S.) is up; however, California and Peru continue to downtrend, keeping supplies tight
• Mexican stocks are dominated by 60-count and smaller sizes; these prices will ease first
• Expect elevated prices and limited supplies through mid-September once Mexico’s fall crop gets underway
