UPDATE: Avocado Supplies

Supplies of large fruit are slowly recovering. California stocks are increasing. New crop fruit continues to take one to two days longer to ripen—or as many as five full days depending on the level needed.   
  • Pricing has peaked
  • Mexican stocks continue to be dominated by 60-count and smaller fruit
  • Ripening is currently taking:
    • Three to four days for Mexican fruit
    • Four to five days for California fruit
