UPDATE: Avocado Supplies

Supplies of large fruit continue to be very limited. Mexico is in between seasons. California stocks are increasing slowly. New crop fruit will take one to two days longer to ripen; up to five days depending on level needed.   
  • Mexican stocks are dominated by 60-count and smaller fruit
  • Ripening is currently taking:
    • Three to four days for Mexican fruit
    • Four to five days for California fruit 
  • California supplies remain limited; the season is still ramping up
