Sufficient storage supplies of Markon First Crop (MFC) Red Delicious Apples from Washington remain available. Very limited quantities of MFC Fuji and Granny Smith Apples remain on the market from Washington. Storage crop MFC Gala and Golden Delicious Apples have been depleted.

• Fuji apple supplies will be depleted next week
  • A supply gap is expected through early September  
  • Markon recommends substituting Red Delicious or California Gala supplies in place of Fuji apples
• Storage Gala apples have been depleted
• Limited supplies of new crop Washington Galas are now available
• California Gala apples are on the market
• The Golden Delicious storage apple season is over; Ginger Gold and Gold Supreme varieties are filling the gap until new crop harvesting begins     
• 100-count and smaller sizes are tight
• New crop Granny Smith apples are now available in California
• Remaining storage crop Granny Smith apples are extremely limited
• Supplies of Red Delicious storage apples are ample and will be available through September and the debut of new crop fruit
