Markon First Crop (MFC) Strawberries are not available in the Oxnard, California growing region; Markon Best Available will be substituted as needed.

The Oxnard, California growing region received approximately .14 inches of rainfall on Sunday, February 22 and could receive another .08 inches today if sporadic afternoon showers come to pass.

Harvesting will be slow because crews must cull damaged berries for at least the first part of the week. Markon inspectors will reevaluate quality mid-week to see if MFC specifications can be met by Thursday, February 26 or Friday, February 27.

The Coachella, California growing region did not receive any rain; MFC Strawberries are available from that area.
