Markon inspectors are reporting varying levels of internal burn in some green leaf and romaine supplies, affecting both commodity and value-added items. The defect has developed as a result of several consecutive days with warm, humid conditions.

Although inspectors are selecting the best lots available for Markon branded products, this quality defect is expected to persist through the next two weeks.
