Markon wants to send out a big thank you to everyone that participated in our Eighth Annual Markon Summit. It was productive, educational, and best of all: a really great time. 

We were proud to host 112 attendees representing Ben E. Keith, Gordon Food Service, Maines Paper & Food Service, Nicholas & Company, ProPacific Fresh, Reinhart FoodService, and Shamrock Foods Company. The group visited many fields, including artichokes, bell peppers, celery, iceberg, romaine, and strawberries and also toured Markon supplier processing facilities. 

Our grower-partners exhibited their varied rosters of delicious fruit and vegetable products at the Produce Expo – there was even a New Products table where we displayed the items we are launching this fall. At the Breakout Sessions, groups were able to compare best practices, brainstorm, and share important industry information.
