Multi-State Salmonella Enteritidis Outbreak Linked to Bean Sprouts

Markon is closely monitoring the multi-state outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis that has sickened 63 persons. The FDA has linked the outbreak to bean sprouts produced by Wonton Foods, Inc. of Brooklyn, New York.
