FOOD SAFETY UPDATE: Whole White Mushrooms Recalled Due to Potential Clostridium Botulinum

Monaghan Mushrooms Ltd. is recalling Belle Grove brand Whole White Mushrooms from the marketplace because they may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum. This product was distributed in Ontario, Canada.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with this recall. Markon will update members as more information becomes available by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
