FOOD SAFETY UPDATE: Enoki Mushrooms Recalled Due to Potential Listeria monocytogenes

This update does not apply to any Markon First Crop, Ready-Set-Serve, or Markon Essentials products.
Enoki Mushrooms packed for Metro Brands are being recalled from the marketplace because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. This product was distributed in Canada.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with this recall. Markon will update members as more information becomes available by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
