General Usage Ideas

  • Layer thinly sliced MFC Potatoes, RSS Diced Onions, and minced MFC Red Bell Peppers in individual ramekins; pour in cheese béchamel sauce; form a lattice on top with thin strips of MFC Red Bell Peppers; bake
  • Top salmon fillets with mixture of sautéed MFC Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, RSS Sliced Onions, and leeks; wrap in puff pastry and bake; slice and serve
  • Sauté sliced MFC Green and Red Bell Peppers, RSS Peeled Garlic, and raisins; deglaze with a mixture of red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper; stir in whole almonds and simmer until liquid slightly thickens; serve sauce over roasted chicken legs and thighs

Fall / Winter Usage Ideas:

  • Toss RSS Triple-Washed Spinach with cooked lentils, strips of roasted and chopped MFC Yellow Bell Peppers, pine nuts, and crumbled blue cheese; dress with citrus vinaigrette made with RSS Lemon Juice
  • Boil and mash MFC Potatoes; mix with goat cheese, sour cream, RSS Washed & Trimmed Green Onions, and minced jalapeno chile peppers; use mixture to fill roasted halves of MFC Yellow Bell Peppers
  • Toss together sautéed MFC Yellow Bell Peppers, RSS Sliced Onions, fennel, Andouille sausage, and cornbread cubes; mix in beaten eggs; drizzle all with hot stock until moist; bake and serve with roasted poultry
