Salad in Green, Red, and Yellow Bell Shells

Whimsical, yet nutritious, this salad is deliciously served in an edible bell pepper bowl.


2 Markon First Crop Bell Peppers, split lengthwise, seeds and ribs removed

1 cup Ready-Set-Serve Spring Mix

1/4 cup Markon First Crop Cucumbers, diced

12 snap pea pods


Fill each bell pepper half with equal portions of spring mix, cucumbers, and peas. Serve with house dressing of choice.
