  • Mince honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple, red bell pepper, Serrano chile peppers, and cilantro; serve relish over grilled fish and chicken.

Fall / Winter Usage Ideas:

  • Toss chunks of MFC Honeydew with RSS Chopped Romaine, RSS Sliced Red Onions, feta cheese, and toasted pine nuts; dress with oregano vinaigrette
