Receiving Inspecting:

Raspberries should be dry, plump, and firm. Avoid moldy, soft, or leaky berries, or berries that break apart easily and don’t hold their shape.

Storage Handling:
 

Short-term storage recommendation (7 days or less)

  • 32° F/1° C
  • 90-98% relative humidity

Proper storage is critical to shelf-life.

Shelf-Life:
3 to 6 days.
Troubleshooting:

Leaking and deterioration can result from rough handling; handle berries with care. Decay and product breakdown can occur if raspberries are not held at proper temperatures.

Usage Ideas:
