Meet Chef Dan Chrzanowski
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Chef Dan Chrzanowski credits his family’s nightly home-made dinners as the source of his culinary inspiration. As a young adult he earned a degree from Central Michigan University, but knew he needed to pursue his true passion for food by becoming a chef at Johnson & Wales University in South Florida.
After several years working in many fine Florida establishments, Chef Chrzanowski worked in the states of Arizona, Arkansas, and Colorado, as well as owned his own restaurant in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Chef Chrzanowski joined Shamrock Foods Denver in 2011 as a Corporate Chef. He enjoys working with Markon First Crop and Ready-Set-Serve fresh fruit and vegetable products and often features them in his recipes for Shamrock customers.
