Richard Ramos

A jack of all trades, Rich Ramos started off at Markon over a decade ago in a support position. Since then he has worn many hats, including his present position as Customer Service Director. In this role, he oversees seven representatives as the first point of contact for Markon members. Rich is also an active member of the worship team at his local church and stays busy spending time with his wife and three children.
