Vice President Operations
A veteran Markon staff member, Mark Shaw started with the company at its inception in 1985. His hard work and dedication have pushed him up the ranks of Quality Control Inspector, Produce Buyer, and Director of Purchasing to his current position as Vice President of Operations. He oversees the departments of customer support, food safety, purchasing, marketing, and quality assurance. Mark and his wife have three children. In the winter he enjoys downhill skiing; in the summer he loves to fly fish. He and his wife look forward to spending more time in Italy where their eldest son lives with his new wife.
I am inspired by the individuals around me who always do the right thing even when the tide is pushing back at them.
