Handling Tips:
Never stack tomatoes; use on a FIFO basis. Rinse whole fruits and vegetables in clean running water prior to using.
General Usage Ideas
- Add roasted and finely chopped MFC jalapenos, chopped MFC Tomatoes, minced MFC Red Onion, and RSS Lime Juice to RSS Avocado Pure Pulp; serve with chips
- Line burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches with MFC Tomato slices, RSS Pico de Gallo Guacamole, and RSS Red Onions
- Add RSS Washed & Trimmed Cilantro, diced MFC Tomatoes, or sautéed mushrooms to baked macaroni and cheese
Fall / Winter Usage Ideas:
