Caprese-Split Tomatoes

Amusing for the mouth and the eyes, this cheese- and herb-stuffed tomato is easy to make, easy to love.
Ingredients:
4 Markon First Crop Roma Tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. Balsamic syrup
1/4 cup Markon First Crop Basil
Instructions:
Slice each tomato vertically, making four slits. Divide mozzarella and basil into four equal portions. Stuff one portion into the four slices of each tomato. Drizzle a few drops of Balsamic syrup over each and serve.
