Storage Tips:
Keep soft-shelled squash away from ethylene gas and ripening rooms.
Handling Tips:
Tender squashes are easily bruised or scarred; handle with care. Rinse whole fruits and vegetables in clean running water prior to using.
General Usage Ideas
- Stir shredded MFC Zucchini, dried cranberries, and toasted pecans into quick bread batter; serve on breakfast buffets and in catered lunches
 - Spread goat cheese in pastry-filled tart pans; top with sliced MFC Zucchini and Yellow Squash; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake
 - Shave honeydew melon and MFC Zucchini into thin strips; toss with grilled chicken strips, olive oil, and RSS Lime Juice
 
Fall / Winter Usage Ideas:
- Dip chopped MFC Zucchini in egg whites, then coat with breadcrumbs; deep fry and serve with roasted tomato coulis
 - Top focaccia dough with thin slices of MFC Zucchini, RSS Sliced Red Onions, and sun-dried tomatoes; brush with olive oil; bake and serve with soup or pasta

Spring / Summer Usage Ideas:
