Matt Collins, a Markon inspector, reports live from Yuma, Arizona in part two of our four-part video series regarding epidermal peel. In this second video, the growing region has experienced significant frost which may eventually lead to varying degrees of epidermal blistering and peeling in lettuces. The first signs of blistering typically appear within a few days of a freeze. Stay tuned for the next video which will document the appearance of the epidermal blistering and peeling.
