• Although the ice was not as severe as the previous two days, harvesting delays of two to three hours occurred
• Ice-related defects are already developing in lettuce crops; expect a decrease in yields and case weights over the next two weeks or more
• Quality and supply levels will be affected for at least the next three to four weeks
