Shaved Asian Radishes with Sesame and Pickled Mushrooms

Crunchy with bright flavors, this vegetable side is ideal as pre-meal appetizer or sharable salad.

Ingredients: 

2 C daikon radish, shaved into strips

1/4 C sesame vinaigrette

1 C Markon First Crop Shiitake Mushrooms, pickled

1 tsp. black sesame seeds

Micro-greens and edible petals, to garnish

Instructions: 

Toss shaved radish with sesame vinaigrette. Arrange on serving platter with mushrooms. Drizzle any remaining dressing over all. Garnish with sesame seeds, micro-greens, and edible petals.
