Mango-Tomato-Arugula Salad

A balance of bitter and sweet flavors, this recipe makes an ideal salad or side dish.

Ingredients: 

8 oz. Ready-Set-Serve Wild Arugula

4 Markon First Crop Tomatoes, sliced

4 green heirloom tomatoes, sliced

2 mangoes, sliced

Instructions: 

Toss all together and divide equally on four serving plates. Serve with house-made dressing.
