Fresh Fruit Pops
Vibrantly colorful and packed with healthy sweetness, these house-made pops are fun for the whole family.
Ingredients:
16 oz. apricot nectar (Champagne can be substituted)
1/2 cup Markon First Crop Strawberries, sliced
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions:
Fill four empty plastic popsicle molds with equal portions of all the fruit. Pour nectar into each mold and seal with handle/top. Put in the deep freeze until completely frozen. Dip each in hot water before unmolding.
