Feta-Stuffed Tomatoes

These bite-size tomatoes are filled with briny olives and salty Feta cheese. Great for bar menus or catered hors d’oeuvres.

Ingredients: 

12 Markon First Crop Cherry Tomatoes, hollowed

1 C olives, pitted and chopped (assorted varieties)

3 oz. herbed Feta cheese, packed in olive oil

Instructions: 

Stuff each cherry tomato with an equal amount of chopped olives and Feta cheese. Three per serving.
