Fall Salad with Pomegranate and Pear

Fruits and nuts with leafy greens and edible petals—a crunchy, visually stunning salad great for the colder months.

Ingredients: 

1 Markon First Crop Bartlett Pear, chopped

2 C Ready-Set Serve Baby Spinach

1/2 C pomegranate arils

1/4 C dates, chopped

1/2 C sliced almonds

1/4 C pepitas

1/2 C blue cheese

Instructions: 

Toss all together and serve with house-made vinaigrette.
